What data we collect

When you submit your email address through our early-access form, we collect your email address only. We do not collect names, payment data, or any other personal information through this form.

When you place an order, we collect the information necessary to process and fulfill it: name, shipping address, email address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store card numbers).

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Consent — when you voluntarily submit your email address to receive launch updates and marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
• Performance of a contract — when we process your order data to fulfill a purchase, arrange shipping, and provide customer support.

How we use your data

We use your email address to:

• Send you early-access notifications and your launch discount;
• Send marketing communications about Aura Renewed products and offers;

Our store is powered by Wix and payments are processed by Stripe. Each provider maintains their own privacy and security standards.

International data transfers

We are based in Brazil and our service providers (including MailerLite and Stripe) may store and process your data in the United States or the European Union. When data is transferred outside Brazil, we rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions recognized under the LGPD to ensure an adequate level of protection. By submitting your data, you acknowledge this transfer.

Your rights

You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message we send. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email us at care@aurarenewed.com. We will respond within 15 business days.

If you are located in Brazil, you have additional rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), including the right to confirmation of processing, data portability, anonymization, blocking, and the right to lodge a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
